4What types of vehicles are available for booking?

At Red Bliss, you can access a huge vehicle hub! We have a 3000+ strong fleet including economy ranges, SUVs, luxury range, electric powered vehicles, and much more.

5How far in advance should I book your cab?

Red Bliss gives you the flexibility to book cabs as and when you need. However, the ideal booking window is atleast 24 hours in advance during normal days and 48 hours in advance during peak season/special occasions.

6Do you provide cab services for airport transfers?

7Can I book your cab for a one way trip, or do I have to book a round trip?

Yes, we give you the flexibility to choose your ride - we offer one way trips too.

8Is there an option for booking your cab with a driver who speaks a specific language?

As we hire lots of local talent, most of our drivers are well versed in the local regional language and Hindi/English. You can communicate your preferences to the team while booking, and they can help you further.

9How are your fares calculated? Is it Point to Point or Garage to Garage?

As per standard operating procedure widely prevalent, our fares are calculated Garage to Garage.

10Can I track the location of my cab?

Yes, our versatile mobile app gives you the flexibility to track the cab location in real-time.

11What happens when my cab is late or doesn't arrive on time?

Delays or no-shows are a rarity at Red Bliss. But since you ask, let us assure you that if at all that happens, we provide an alternative option at the earliest.

12Do you offer 24/7 cab services?

Yes, we offer round the clock cab services for your convenience.

13Can I book your cab service from anywhere in India?

Absolutely! Red Bliss services are available Pan India wide. Wherever you are, book your cab and get going!

14Are your drivers reliable?

We prioritise safety, and all our drivers are licenced and background checked. We also give them regular training on service etiquettes and safety protocols. So, you can choose us with total peace of mind.

15How will I know when my cab is arriving?

Once you book with us, we take charge. On the day of your journey, we will send you a notification with driver details including name, vehicle model and number, and the estimated time of arrival.

16What if my flight is delayed or rescheduled for airport pickups?

We know life happens! Just inform us about the changes, and we will be glad to reschedule your pick-up accordingly.

17What if I accidentally leave something in your cab? I am absent minded sometimes and this has happened a few times.

We understand. All you got to do is contact our customer support team. We will assist in retrieving the items.

18Can I pick the vehicle model I need?

Absolutely! Much like home away from home, Red Bliss is happy to provide you the vehicle model you prefer from our 3000+ strong fleet.

19Do you offer car pooling services?

No. Though we are happy to assist you with the right package for travelling as a group, we do not provide car pooling services. Our employee transportation solutions are an exception. Talk to our team to know more.

20Can I hire your cab periodically?

Yes! Our team will be happy to tailor a customised package to suit your needs/specifications.
